Shipping and Returns All online sales with VA VA VINTAGE are final.
However, in the event that an item arrives damaged, we can facilitate an exchange for the item ordered
free of charge (not including shipping). Please contact us at heyjude@vavavintage.shop with details and
photos of THE DAMAGED ITEM AND THE PACKING IT ARRIVED IN.

Canceling an Order VA VA VINTAGE is willing to accept cancelation of any order from our site THAT
HAS NOT YET SHIPPED or BEEN PICKED UP. If a purchase has already shipped or been picked up, the
order CANNOT BE CANCELED. To cancel a recent order, please email us at
heyjude@vavavintage.shop at your earliest convenience. We will make every effort to accommodate
your request. Our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As such, we are unable to
cancel or change requests once the order has entered the shipping process.

Payment Options We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards as well as
payments through PayPal and Affirm payment systems.
Domestic Shipping We strive to ship all orders within three business days. A business day is
considered to be Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon CST
will be shipped the following week.

We use USPS, FedEx and UPS to ship. We choose the most cost-effective shipping method and provider
for each order.

International Shipping VA VA VINTAGE is pleased to offer international shipping. If you would like an
international shipping quote prior to placing an order, please contact us via email at
heyjude@vavavintage.shop.

Please note that shipments outside the US may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the
sole responsibility of the recipient. Please contact your respective customs office for further
information about specific duties and taxes for your country. In addition, we are required by law to
disclose the full value of package contents and cannot alter the value of your invoice or receipt.
Errors and inaccuracies VA VA VINTAGE reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or
omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice. This includes
incorrect pricing and typographical errors in product descriptions and availability. VA VA VINTAGE
maintains the right to correct such errors whenever found, including after an order has been submitted.
VA VA VINTAGE is not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or

interrupt the operation of the Site, or any portion of the Site, as necessary to perform routine or non-

Limitation of Liability Except where prohibited by law, in no event will VA VA VINTAGE be liable to you
for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental or punitive damages, including lost profits,
even if VA VA VINTAGE has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Furniture items sold by VA VA VINTAGE are not guaranteed for commercial use.

Violation of These Terms of Use VA VA VINTAGE may disclose any information we have about you
(including your identity) if we determine that such disclosure is necessary in connection with any
investigation or complaint regarding your use of the Site, or to identify, contact or bring legal action
against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or
unintentionally) VA VA VINTAGE’s rights or property, or the rights or property of visitors to or users of the
Site, including VA VA VINTAGE’s customers. VA VA VINTAGE reserves the right at all times to disclose
any information that VA VA VINTAGE deems necessary to comply with any applicable law, regulation,
legal process or governmental request. VA VA VINTAGE also may disclose your information when VA VA
VINTAGE determines that applicable law requires or permits such disclosure, including exchanging
information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection purposes.

You acknowledge and agree that VA VA VINTAGE may preserve any transmittal or communication by
you with VA VA VINTAGE through the Site or any service offered on or through the Site, and may also
disclose such data if required to do so by law or VA VA VINTAGE determines that such preservation or
disclosure is reasonably necessary to (1) comply with legal process, (2) enforce these Terms of Use, (3)
respond to claims that any such data violates the rights of others, or (4) protect the rights, property or
personal safety of VA VA VINTAGE, its employees, users of or visitors to the Site, and the public.
You agree that VA VA VINTAGE may, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, terminate your
access to the Site and/or block your future access to the Site if we determine that you have violated
these Terms of Use or other agreements or guidelines which may be associated with your use of the
Site. You also agree that any violation by you of these Terms of Use will constitute an unlawful and
unfair business practice, and will cause irreparable harm to VA VA VINTAGE, for which monetary
damages would be inadequate, and you consent to VA VA VINTAGE obtaining any injunctive or
equitable relief that VA VA VINTAGE deems necessary or appropriate in such circumstances. These
remedies are in addition to any other remedies VA VA VINTAGE may have at law or in equity.
You agree that VA VA VINTAGE may, in its sole and discretion without prior notice, terminate your
access to the Site, for cause, which includes (but is not limited to) (1) requests by law enforcement or
other government agencies, (2) a request by you (self-initiated account deletions), (3) discontinuance
or material modification of the Site or any service offered on or through the Site, or (4) unexpected
technical issues or problems.

If VA VA VINTAGE does take any legal action against you as a result of your violation of these Terms of
Use, VA VA VINTAGE will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable attorneys’
fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief granted to VA VA VINTAGE. You agree that
VA VA VINTAGE will not be liable to you or to any third party for termination of your access to the Site as
a result of any violation of these Terms of Use.

Governing Law; Dispute Resolution You agree that all matters relating to your access to or use of the
Site, including all disputes, will be governed by the laws of the United States and by the laws of the
State of Kansas without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. You agree to the personal jurisdiction
by and venue in the state and federal courts in Finney County, Kansas, and waive any objection to such
jurisdiction or venue. Any claim under these Terms of Use must be brought within one (1) year after the
cause of action arises, or such claim or cause of action is barred. No recovery may be sought or
received for damages other than out-of-pocket expenses, except that the prevailing party will be
entitled to costs and attorneys’ fees. In the event of any controversy or dispute between VA VA VINTAGE
and you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, the parties shall attempt, promptly and
in good faith, to resolve any such dispute. If we are unable to resolve any such dispute within a
reasonable time (not to exceed thirty (30) days), then either party may submit such controversy or
dispute to mediation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, then the parties shall be free
to pursue any right or remedy available to them under applicable law.

If any of the provisions of these Terms of Use are held by a court or other tribunal of competent
jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum
extent necessary and replaced with a valid provision that best embodies the intent of these Terms of
Use, so that these Terms of Use shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms of Use constitute the
entire agreement between you and VA VA VINTAGE with regard to your use of the Site, and any and all
other written or oral agreements or understandings previously existing between you and VA VA VINTAGE
with respect to such use are hereby superseded and cancelled. VA VA VINTAGE will not accept any
counter-offers to these Terms of Use, and all such offers are hereby categorically rejected. VA VA
VINTAGE’s failure to insist on or enforce strict performance of these Terms of Use shall not be
construed as a waiver by VA VA VINTAGE of any provision or any right it has to enforce these Terms of
Use, nor shall any course of conduct between VA VA VINTAGE and you or any other party be deemed to
modify any provision of these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use shall not be interpreted or construed to
confer any rights or remedies on any third parties.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your
use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or
reliable.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the
service at any time, without notice to you.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and
all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us)
provided "as is" and "as available" for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of
any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability,
merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.
In no case shall VA VA VINTAGE, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors,
interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct,
indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without
limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar
damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising
from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim
related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or
omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the
service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service,
even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or
